Olivier Haddad started his career in 2001 at La Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild in Paris, France, in fund management specialised in North American markets. Rothschild has one of the biggest North American equity teams in France with assets under management close to 1 billion USD. Expertise was developed in numerous sectors as assets were spread in four different funds: Technology & Media, Healthcare, Defensive & Value fund and a global US Equity fund.
The Value Fund (Amérique Rendement) was ranked n°1 US Equity Fund in France in 2001 by Europerformance. Amérique Rendement was mentioned by the Wall Street Journal as the 5th Best US Equity fund in the "managed from Europe" category in June 2002. In addition, the Technology & Media Fund was the largest technology fund managed from France after a yearly performance close to 100% in 2000.
In 2002, Olivier joined ADI Gestion, one of the biggest hedge fund firms in France, as a hedge fund manager. He worked on the Long Short Equity team and the convertible bond desk covering over 2 billion USD in arbitrage operations as well as directional investment ideas. The ADI Gestion team was ranked n°1 by the "Journal des Finances" in 2002 for the ADI Convex fund. The Firm was Provisional EuroHedge 2004 Awards Nominee for "Best Management Company" and the team was Provisional EuroHedge 2004 Awards Nominee for "Convertibles and Equity Arbitrage".
In 2008, Olivier decided to leverage his past 10 years of experience in multi-asset portfolio management and created Provalia Capital, an Independent Swiss Asset Management Firm.
In 2012, He founded PCA PROVALIA in Luxembourg, in order to leverage the knowledge and experience of the team and to make available our performance through a dedicated investment fund.
Olivier has studied at ENOES, a chartered accountant school and complemented his studies through a Masters Degree in Finance from HEC Paris.

Femy Mouftaou is Director - Head of Business Development of IQ-EQ (Luxembourg)
An entrepreneurial executive with strong experience in investment fund services, business development and commercial leadership, Fèmy joined IQ-EQ Luxembourg as a Director in 2018.
Prior to this, he was the Executive Managing Director and Conducting Officer of another Luxembourg based fund administrator and also worked in a senior role with a ‘big four’ firm and a telecoms group as well as founding his own consulting business in West Africa.
Fèmy currently has management responsibility for an international client portfolio and supervises a team involved in the administration of their associated accounting, tax and legal requirements and is a CSSF approved conduction officer.
He is also the Vice-President of Luxembourg Africa Investments Association (luxafrica.org), an association promoting Private Equity investments in Africa and a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Prior to this, he was Managing Director of JTC (Luxembourg) a CSSF regulated Fund Administrator for 6 years, after he had headed up the Luxembourg branch of an asset management company specializing in alternative investments.
Jorge has also managed the investment funds department of a Luxembourg bank and continues to sit on the boards of several investment funds and companies in Luxembourg.
